What a Weekend!

This was probably one of the best weekends ever. We had so much going on & I tried to get as many pictures as possible. Friday was "Family Dinner". Jess' parents, my parents, my grandparents, and a few select others (sorry not everyone could be on the list ;-)..) all went to La Playa for my birthday dinner. This was the first time that both parents had actually sat down and had conversation. It went really well and I left feeling that everyone had a great time! I did not have my camera at dinner, since I broke it at Red's Retirement Party, but I'm waiting on Nana to send some my way & I'll post them asap. Saturday the Cherokees had a game, which they won, and we also had the fall festival. Jess' mom, Lisa, was babysitting both her granddaughters that night and we had Jayden, so we got them all dressed up & went down to the Alvarado Reunion grounds for some games and candy. Of course I was in charge of costume & entering everyone in the contest! Jayden got 3rd but my little ladies were robbed...it's all politics down here.

Here is Michaela Jane Baxter
(She belongs to Jess' oldest brother & is almost 4 months.)

Here am I with Marissa Lee Baxter.

(She is Jess' middle brothers baby & this was her first bow experience. She is almost 5 months.)

**Note to self, TAN!**

And here is Jayden Christopher Baxter! He went as a firefighter. With smoke on his face & in his hair. Simple costume, but he loved it & that's what matters.

On stage with Daddy!! He was working the crowd.

His first trophy! Which is now on display in the living room on the bookshelf!!

Isn't he the sweetest!!
