House!

Ok, so Friday we went and looked at 2 houses. Both were in the same neighborhood, both were 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, with big backyards. Jess' Mom & Dad, my Mom & Macy, and Nana, and Jayden all went and viewed them with us. They offered their opinions and suggestions and in the end we found the one we have been searching for. Here she is, 311 Lakeview Drive!

The offer was made Saturday & we came to an agreement this morning. We will sign some papers tonight && probably a ton more in the next couple of weeks. The seller is just trying to finish up quickly...this was his Mom's house & she passed away and he just wants it sold. Once it's ours this will be our project for the next couple of months. We're painting every room and I'm so excited to invest in something like this. I will keep pictures & progress updated!!
